I understand what you mean. My only question is the heart shaped blood stain? Would it be like, around them at their feet? Also, did you have any specific references for the outfits or are you leaving that up to me?

At their feet, standing atop it. The idea is like if we show the top half of the pic they just look like a cute couple and then full pic OH WHOA WAIT WHAT.

And I don't have any specific references for the outfits! Have some fun with it, they could go full formal wear or they could be in cute casual clothes or business clothes or school uniforms. As long as it's white and pure like their love for each other~

I am giving the heads up that commissions are going to be slightly delayed. I'm a smart cookie and somehow lost my laptop (hahaha...). I'm looking to get it replaced asap, but the old laptop I'm using isn't very stable so I don't have anything reliable right this moment! Sorry!
